BusCards Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your coach trading cards into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how shipping works at BusCards.net:
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods (like new set launches), processing may take up to 5 business days, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving fast.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS or other reliable carriers.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing).

Upgraded/expedited options may be available at checkout.
Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
4. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands—but we’re here to help if issues arise.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, email us at buscards@peoriacharter.com with your order number.

For damaged shipments, please include photos of the packaging and items so we can make it right.
6. Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
