BusCards Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your coach trading cards into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how shipping works at BusCards.net:


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (like new set launches), processing may take up to 5 business days, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving fast.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS or other reliable carriers.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing).

  • Upgraded/expedited options may be available at checkout.

Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is out of our hands—but we’re here to help if issues arise.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, email us at buscards@peoriacharter.com with your order number.

  • For damaged shipments, please include photos of the packaging and items so we can make it right.


6. Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
