At BusCards, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our collectible coach trading cards. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help!
Returns

Eligibility: You may return unopened card packs within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Opened packs or damaged cards are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or order error.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
